Finally I watched this movie. Good that I watched it when I had pleny of time thinking over it.

Our ancestors fought for our country. That's the absolute truth. They had a pride in what they were doing.

However, when I watched this film, some things do not make sense anymore, such as killing themselves before getting killed by Americans. I know it is one of the "Japanese beauty" and that's why still mane Japanese commit a suicide when they are deep trouble, keep the truth or respobsibility in themself, and go to heaven ( or hell).

I really cannot accept the idea that war in this modern world will never end.

That means, human history will end not in the far future.

It is different from the wars happend before the Industrial Revolution. The money spend for those weapons, toxic substances or chemicals used in the warfield is uncountbale, and even after the war, the "human caused toxic war" keeps getting citizens living around sick for a long time.

And people do not seem to understand that war is one of the most damaging activitiese to the natural environment on this Earth.

We've had so many histories and we can learn everything what happened if we are willing to. Why cannot we learn from them and try not to let it happen again? Ideology, politics, money..... I know it's all beyond the general pulic. Final decisions are always made by a few of those who have power, and connected to the head of corporates.
