Dan Foreman (Dennis Qualid) is a loving husband, caring father and star ad executive. But now, life is putting him through the ultimate test. Carter Duryea (Topher Grace), a young hotshot half his age, has just become his boss. And to complicate matters, Dan discovers Carter is dating his daughter (Scarlett Johansson).

It's filled with genuine laughs and you're in good company when you watch this entertaining comedy.

I expected this movie might be something I can find a hint for finding a job, but not really that kind of movie. But the scene of notifing employees that they were being terminated was very real.

I like Scarlet Johansson, she is a good actress. I first saw her in a movie "Lost in translation", and she had something really intriguing.

And Dennis Qualid is a great actor, too!!!! I've only seen him playing pitiful roles, but he fits quite well!!!!lol
